The intelligent big-data management platform greatly optimizes venue leasing business. Traditional booking relies on onsite registration or phone calls with poor real-time vacancy inquiry. Our online reservation service via big-data push enables remote internet booking and improves rental turnover efficiently.
The platform centrally categorizes and pushes event information including sports competitions, theatrical performances and dance rehearsals for unified information release, simplifying daily operation and cutting operational costs.
For cross-system centralized management, one set of SK-2900M Big Data Intelligent Management Host is deployed alongside SK-2901MR platform software to access and manage multimedia equipment, IP public address, digital signage and energy management for concert halls and exhibition halls. Supported by SK-2902MR docking module, CCTV, smart lighting, access control and parking management data are integrated and displayed visually on central control room large screen.
Cross-system linkage function is realized via protocol docking.
